We hope you have got our mail we sent to you when we get back to Sweden. Thank you for all the help you gave us when Göran must stay at the hospital. You really take care of both of us the hole week. We´ll see you next summer.

С 31 июля по 10 августа отдыхали в отеле, который,пожалуй,идеально подходит для семейного отдыха. Вчетвером (мама, папа, сын, дочка) мы разместились в просторном 2-хкомнатном номере, состоящем из гостиной, совмещенной с кухней, и спальней. Все необходимое имелось: Wi-Fi, сейф, кондиционер, ванная комната с душем и феном, холодильник; и кухня, оборудованная всем необходимым для автономного питания (микроволновка, эл.плитка, эл.чайник, посуда и проч.). В стоимость проживания были включены завтраки, отличавшиеся всегда свежим и разнообразным ассортиментом, так что каждый выбирал, что хотел, и вставал из-за стола довольным. Море находилось в 70 м от отеля - можно было упасть у бассейна или разместиться на пляже под зонтиком на 2-х лежаках и креслах. Арендовали автомобиль с GPS-навигатором и посетили массу чудесных мест. Номер убирался каждый день, белье менялось через день. На обед и ужин в соседней таверне заказывали по два огромных ***юда (салат и мясное), которых хватало на всю семью.
Отдельно хочется отметить неподдельно дущевное и теплое отношение персонала отеля - хозяина Стива и его русскоязычной помощницы Марии.
Когда мне казалось, что мой отпуск закончился из-за повторного вывиха плечевого сустава, именно Стив, а не страховая компания, доставил меня на своей машине в госпиталь Ретимно и лично катал меня на больничном кресле по всем инстанциям, пока мне не вправили сустав. Излишне говорить, что все денежные формы компенсации отверглись Стивом. Мне удалось лишь настоять на совместном распитии РАКИ в Баре Леонардо (отдельный респект).
Несправедливо, что в списке отелей нет лучшего - "Bella-Casita".
До сих пор храню ваши прощальные поцелуи.

Thank you very much Steve and Leonardo for our wonderfull holiday. We really loved and enjoyed it and did not want to go home! A really friendly atmosphere, nice drinks at the bar. Our rooms cleaned properly every day.

After several trips to Rethymnon, it was allways so good to come back to Bella Casita, where we got a calm and loving feeling! You know, that feeling you get when you come home!

Just returned from a geat two week holliday at Bella Casita. A very nice area with loads of green, helpfull staff and a silly barman.
Special thanks to Steve for saving our bankcard from being eaten by the ATM.
The breakfast deserves a mention, it was great. Never seen this at a 3star hotel.
