Great news ! I missed the booking. It came in December with a big batch and I typed it in, without thinking... didnt notice the names.
It will be real nice to see you both again. Didnt excpect you so early in the season. You made a good choice to come now. This is my favorite season. Much quieter... more human... slower paces.

If I can do anything for you before you arrive, just ask... otherwise I will have to think of something myself.

Tatiana & Andy hi. It is so nice to hear you. I am fine and so is the rest of the team. Its always nice to hear news from my guests and its extra nice to hear that we will meet again.

I have said it many times, but I don’t think I can say it enough… how rewarding it is and how it transforms my work into a wonderful living experience, when my guests return.
I think after the thought of my children, it is the most "smile producing" feeling.

Its funny I mention my kids when I thought of you. I think its because you first entered my heart through the paternal door, when you decided to stay overnight in another city and the cleaning ladies told me that the beds were not slept in that night. After some detective work I discovered you had rented a motor bike and went on a trip... and the fatherly worrying started. Many many calls to hospitals and police stations later you appeared… totally unaware of all the commotion. We were all so relieved.

I may have over-reacted and we may look back on our little story and laugh, as we did then, but I will never stop worrying, because many times, my concern made the difference between an adventure and a pleasantly memorable holiday.

Unless you make a long holiday though it is usually cheaper with the travel agency because the tour operators manage to keep the transfer costs high for you and me.

How can I forget the Grand Marshall of my parade ?, the great evenings we spent together, your always cheerful state of mind, or the heart to heart conversations we had.

So, I see you will be opening my parade again this year. I think I may just give you the keys and you can open the place for me every year.

Pavel my dear dear friend ! How long has it been? Almost 2 years I think.

Sorry I didn’t see your post till now. After a long break from work, it was a pleasant surprise to hear from you. I am back in and around the office trying to get myself into the summer mode and ready to greet my extended family again this year... the Bella Casita family of which you are an honoured member.

Our adventure has become a B.C. trademark of the incredible relationship that sometimes is born through a very short but very meaningful encounter.
I must admit that the unfortunate situation you found yourself in during your stay was one of a few that finalized in my mind what direction Bella Casita would take.
It was obvious to me how important it is, in a dificult situation, to have someone “of your own” as they say in Greece, to help you through.
It is easy to make friends when your drinking and having fun. But when things get serious and unpleasant quickly, you realize how important it is to have someone truly by your side. You told me this on your last night, after everything was back to normal, and I will never forget it.
I have been on the receiving end of support from honestly caring people, thankfully, many times and although it is clearly a nice feeling to receive, it cannot compare to offering.

Your wishes seem to have been heard… I had a wonderful winter with my family. I hope you also are well, my love to Ekaterina, Vera and Alex

Hi Gitte, nice to hear you are well and back into your routine. That is a good thing, because I know you love what you do, just like me
As far as I know its called Apollo Flex. Eventually you should be able to book a flight and/or transfer and/or a room through them. You choose what you want to do. However I cannot find anyone responsible there, yet, to give me details. So you will have to wait a little more for that. Of course you can find flights via many other paths also. All you have to do is get yourself on Crete... I'll take care of the rest.
My last guests are leaving tonight, so Ill start looking for Pilates mats after next week.
